New info about Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon!

We have gotten new info about the new Pokémon games!
This time it's super interesting and i'm gonna go through it all.

First of all, we got the official names of the Necrozma fusions. They are called Necrozma Dusk Mane, referring to Solgaleo, and Necrozma Dawn wings, referring to Lunala. I really like the names. They make the fusions sound a llooot more interesting. Also the part of the trailer where they fused made me really interested, i loved the ''Necrozma takes over'' thingy. Also the fusions look a lot better in game.

We also got to see new areas, and some of the beginning of the games. In my opinion, it looks good. I hope they keep the feel of Sun and Moon, because i think it was the best game yet, (Even though Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 have a special place in my heart <3) while adding a good amount of new content to keep it interesting.

ALSO THE GODDAMN PIKACHU JUMPING AROUND WHY U SO CUTE??

We also got some version exclusive information. If you preorder one of the two games, the Rockruff you'll be given depends on the version you ordered. In Pokémon Ultra Sun, the moveset is Tackle, Fire Fang, Happy Hour and Bite, while in Pokémon Ultra Moon, the moveset is Tackle, Bite, Thunder Fang and Happy Hour. Both are level 10 and will come with a Focus Band. That Rockruff will only evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc. Aaaand Lycanroc also got a unique Z-Move, Splintered Stormshards, and it's SO COOL. The poor Tapu Koko got rekt.

More version exclusives, new Ultra Beasts, UB Assembly and UB Burst. Ub Assembly is a Ultra Moon exclusive, while Burst is a Ultra Sun exclusive. I find UB Assembly ugly and stupid, because it's a walking talking brickwall. I like the closing and opening the eyes(?) though. UB Burst on the other hand looks great and innovative. It's head is a goddamn firecracker!!!

I've become more and more excited for the new games.

You can watch the full trailer on sites like Serebii.

New Z-moves!

New information has arisen, new Z-moves!
The one revealed so far is Kommo-o's signature Z-move, Clangorous Soulblaze. It is a damage-dealing Dragon-type Z-Move and it is exclusive to Kommo-o, and a transformed version of its Clanging Scales. Clangorous Soulblaze inflicts damage and increases the user's Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed stats by one stage each. In battles with multiple opponents, Clangorous Soulblaze targets all opponents. Kommo-o can use Clangorous Soulblaze if it knows Clanging Scales, holds a Kommonium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Power Ring.

I think it is a bit too overpowered, even though Kommo-o has a lot of weaknesses. Clanging Scales is a 110 base power move, which would make the Z-moves base power 180. Combined with the fact that it raises all the stats by one stage is scary. This will totally change the way Kommo-o plays in the competitive scene.

Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon!

I'm not sure how i feel about these games yet. I'm hoping they will turn out great though. I have not ever been disappointed by a Pokémon game, i hope these won't be the first ones.

My opinion on the Lycanroc Dusk form is, that it maybe looks too much like the Day form, and the orange coloring is a meh. I hope that we get a Dawn form, and that it will be awesome.

The fusions between Solgaleo, Lunala and Necrozma seem okay to me, though they look a tad bit clumsy, and slapped together, not fused properly. Their models might look better in game, which i really hope.

I'm eagerly waiting for some fresh and new info!

Gen 7 additions!

Today i'm talking about new things added in the 7th generation of Pokémon. I'm excluding the Ultra Beasts since i already talked about them. We are gonna talk about the other added Pokémon though.

The 7th Generation of Pokémon added 81 new Pokémon plus 18 Alolan forms, which are also a new thing introduced by this generation.
9 Bug-types
3 Dragon-types
1 Fairy-type
5 Fire-types
4 Ghost-types
4 Ground-types
12 Normal-types
6 Psychic-types
2 Steel-types
5 Dark-type
4 Electric-types
4 Fighting-types
1 Flying type
13 Grass-types
6 Poison-types
7 Rock-types
9 Water-types
Aaand 4 Ice-types
Also i added Oricorio as a single Flying type.

Generation 7 also added 80 new moves and 41 new abilities

We also got Z-moves, special types of strong moves that can only be used once per battle.
There are three different kinds of Z-Moves:
Z-Moves which can be used by any Pokémon, with one Z-Move for each type
Status moves that have been turned into Z-Moves by one of the type-specific Z-Crystals
Z-Moves that can only be used by specific Pokémon.
The Z-Move that a Pokémon can perform depends on the Z-Crystal it holds. There are 18 different Z-Crystals that correspond to each of the 18 types, and several others that correspond to specific Pokémon. Z-Moves work by powering up one of the Pokémon's normal moves, so the Pokémon must also know an appropriate move. For the type-related Z-Crystals, the Pokémon must know a move of the same type as the Z-Crystal it is holding. A Z-Ring is also required in order to perform Z-Moves. A Pokémon can only use a Z-Move if its Trainer is wearing a Z-Ring and has the same Z-Crystal the Pokémon is holding. Mega Pokémon cannot use Z-Moves, even when holding an appropriate Z-Crystal

We got a new evolutionary stone, the Ice-stone

We got the Totem Pokémon, which are a type of variant Pokémon that are battled at the end of every trial, having been trained up by the Trial Captain. These Pokémon appear larger and weigh approximately two to four times as much as other Pokémon of the same species. At the start of a battle, Totem Pokémon are enveloped in a special aura which boosts one or more of its stats by a fixed number of stages.

Hypertraining, new Pikachu forms, Ash greninja, Poké rides and a whole lot of other stuff!
I gotta say i'm very impressed and i'm so happy that we got so many improvements.
I'll probably make a post about Marshadow next week!

Ultra Beasts!

As probably all of you know, Ultra Beasts are a new thing in this generation. I am not too sure what i think about them, i like the concept i guess, but somehow it just is a tad too complicated for me. Lets talk about them anyways!

First, some basic info about them. The Ultra Beasts are a group of extradimensional Pokémon from Ultra Space. They possess power that humans don't really understand. Currently there are seven known Ultra Beasts, all with the ability Beast Boost. Beast Boost raises the pokémon's most proficient stat when it knocks out a pokémon.

Now, lets look at them individually.

UB-01 Symbiont, Nihilego
Nihilego is a Rock/Poison type, and the first known Ultra Beast. It is called the Parasite pokémon. Nihilego is a parasitic organism, capable of injecting a neurotoxin that subtly alters the thoughts and actions of any human or Pokémon that becomes its host. Spoopy af. It has a stat total of 570, like the other Ultra Beasts.
Pokémon Sun entry: One of several mysterious Ultra Beasts. People on the street report observing those infested by it suddenly becoming violent.
Pokémon Moon entry: One of the Ultra Beasts. It's unclear whether this pokémon is sentient or not, but sometimes it can be observed behaving like a young girl.
File:793Nihilego.png

UB-02 Absorption, Buzzwole
Buzzwole is a Bug/Fighting type. It is called the Swollen pokémon. Buzzwole is an Ultra Beast that resembles a large, red, anthropomorphic mosquito. It has bulging muscles that appear to be made out of sacs that are filled with a red fluid that has small white bubbles rising in it. These muscles also have white ''veins'' running through them and are said to be stronger than steel.
Pokémon Sun entry: This Ultra Beast appeared from another world. It shows off its body but whether that display is a boast or a threat remains unclear
Pokémon Moon entry: A mysterious life-form called an Ultra Beast. Witnesses saw it pulverize a dump truck with a single punch.
I don't really like Buzzwole that much, i just think it looks dumb and I don't get the idea behind all the flexing.
File:794Buzzwole.png

UB-02 Beauty, Pheromosa
Pheromosa is also a Bug/Fighting type, and it's called the Lissome pokémon. Pheromosa's lithe, elegant body is capable of sudden feats of acceleration, able to twitch its limbs at an estimated 120 mph or 200 km/h instantaneously, a speed previously unseen in the world.
Pokémon Sun entry: One of the dangerous Ultra Beasts, it has been spotted running across the land at terrific speeds.
Pokémon Moon entry: One of the Ultra Beasts. It refuses to touch anything, perhaps because it senses some uncleanness in this world.
So it's basically this thing
Kuvahaun tulos haulle wile e coyote and roadrunnerthat hates germs
I like it quite a bit though.
File:795Pheromosa.png

UB-03 Lightning, Xurkitree
Xurkitree is a pure Electric type, and is known as the Glowing pokémon Because this Ultra Beast reportedly raided a power plant, it is speculated to sustain itself with electricity. This is supported by observations that it will "plug" its limbs and tail into the ground when it is low on energy, entering a tree-like state to absorb electricity from the earth. Witnesses claim that its entire body crackles with astonishing electrical power.
Pokémon Sun entry: One of the mysterious life-forms known as Ultra Beasts. Astonishing electric shocks emanate from its entire body, according to witnesses.
Pokémon Moon entry: It appeared from the Ultra Wormhole. It raided a power plant, so people think it energizes itself with electricity.
It's a bunch of wires and zipties running around raiding power plants. I love it.
File:796Xurkitree.png

UB-04 Blaster, Celesteela
Celesteela is a Steel/Flying type and known as the Launch pokémon. According to the Aether Foundation, its most distinctive feature is the energy that it stores within itself: a flammable gas that it can shoot from its two huge arms. This is mostly used to propel itself in flight and for battle, but it is thought to have sufficient power and lift to even fly into space. Despite being a Steel type, Celesteela's body is plantlike and can absorb nutrients from the soil.
Pokémon Sun entry: It appeared from the Ultra Wormhole. Witnesses observed it flying across the sky at high speed.
Pokémon Moon entry: One kind of Ultra Beast. Witnesses have seen it burn down a forest by expelling gas from its two arms.
I don't think i really like this bamboo-flamethrower-rocketfuel-thing
It's okay though, i don't hate it
File:797Celesteela.png

UB-04 Blade, Kartana
Kartana is a Grass/Steel Pokémon, known as the Drawn Sword pokémon. Despite its small size compared to the other Ultra Beasts, Kartana is extremely dangerous, as every edge of its body is incredibly sharp. It is able to cut down a gigantic steel tower with one stroke of the blades on its arms, and any opponents that try to attack it will be similarly cut apart.
Pokémon Sun entry: This Ultra Beast came from the Ultra Wormhole. It seems not to attack enemies on its own, but its sharp body is a dangerous weapon in itself.
Pokémon Moon entry: One of the Ultra Beast life-forms, it was observed cutting down a gigantic steel tower with one stroke of its blade.
It's a cool origami sword pokémon. I like it
File:798Kartana.png

UB-05 Glutton, Guzzlord
Guzzlord is a Dark/Dragon type, and is known as the Junkivore pokémon. Guzzlord's tongue moves in a wave-like motion that pulls food towards its mouth. Its texture is said to feel like hard rubber. According to reports, this Pokémon has gobbled up mountains and swallowed buildings whole and will eat absolutely anything else it can reach, including the very land and sea.
Pokémon Sun entry: It has gobbled mountains and swallowed whole buildings, according to reports. It's one of the Ultra Beasts.
Pokémon Moon entry:A dangerous Ultra Beast, it appears to be eating constantly, but for some reason its droppings have never been found.
This is probably my least favorite Ultra Beast, but i don't hate it. I just slightly dislike it.

7th Gen starters!

Yessss i know i'm late on the hypetrain but i love the starters. My personal favorite is Rowlet, and least is probably Popplio. I do love Popplio too though, don't get me wrong but just not as much as Rowlet. I feel so bad that Decidueye is so bad at battling. Litten is a lovely little kitten, but i think i'm more of a dog person ;). I think these are the best looking starters overall, out of all generations. The middle evolutions don't look too bad or awkward, except for Brionne. I do not like it. Primarina is great though.

I love the type combinations of these monsters. Incineroar is Fire Dark, Primarina is Water Fairy, and Decidueye is Grass Ghost. I think they are unique and awesome.
Only other Water Fairy types are Marill and Azumarill, and one of the island guardians, Tapu Fini.
Fire Dark types are only Houndour and Houndoom.
Grass Ghost types are Phantump, Trevenant, Pumpkaboo, Gourgeist and Dhelmise.
Trust me, i was so very relieved when the Fire starter wasn't a Fighting type.

I do indeed like all of them, and i wouldn't mind playing with any of them. Also their signature moves are awesome.
